١. مزوّد الخدمة
يُقدَّم هذا الموقع من قِبل مؤسسة الصبيحات للخدمات المحاسبية الضريبية، الرقم الوطني للمنشأة 101028327، المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.
٢. طبيعة الخدمة
IFRS16Lease.com أداة استرشادية لتسريع الحساب الأولي لعقود الإيجار وفق المعيار الدولي للتقارير المالية رقم ١٦ (IFRS 16). لا تُغني نتائجها عن مراجعة مراجع حسابات أو محاسب معتمد قبل اعتماد الأرقام في القوائم المالية الرسمية.
٣. الباقات والاستخدام
الباقة المجانية تتيح ٣ عقود مدى الحياة لكل بريد إلكتروني.
«احترافي»: رزم عقود تُشترى بدفعة واحدة ولا تتجدد تلقائيًا. يُضاف عدد عقود الرزمة إلى رصيد بريدك الإلكتروني فور إتمام الدفع، ويُخصم منه عقد واحد عند كل تصدير، ولا ينتهي الرصيد بمرور الوقت.
«أسطوري»: اشتراك شهري أو سنوي بحدّ شهري لعدد العقود، ويشمل لوحة شخصية لمتابعة الاستخدام والعقود المحفوظة، وتذكيرات بمواعيد دفعات الإيجار.
يرتبط الرصيد والاشتراك بالبريد الإلكتروني المُدخل عند الشراء، لذا يُرجى كتابته بشكل صحيح واستخدام البريد نفسه عند احتساب العقود. الحدود والأسعار كما هي معروضة في صفحة التسعير على الموقع.
٤. الاشتراك والتجديد
ينطبق التجديد التلقائي على اشتراك «أسطوري» فقط (شهريًا كان أو سنويًا)، ويتجدد ما لم يُلغِه المستخدم قبل موعد التجديد. يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت عبر التواصل على info@ifrs16lease.com، أو عبر رابط إدارة الاشتراك الذي ترسله Paddle مع إيصال الدفع متى توفّر، ويستمر الوصول للخدمة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة بالفعل.
رزم «احترافي» لا تتجدد تلقائيًا، ولا تنطبق عليها أحكام التجديد والإلغاء أعلاه.
٥. الدفع
تتم معالجة الدفع عبر Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited)، وهي تاجر مسجَّل (Merchant of Record) تحصّل المبلغ وتصدر الفاتورة وتتولى الضرائب، ويخضع الدفع لشروط Paddle وسياستها. جميع الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي (USD)، وقد تُضاف ضرائب حسب بلد المشتري. لا نطّلع على بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية ولا نخزّنها. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لـسياسة الاسترداد.
٦. حدود المسؤولية
لا تتحمل المنصة مسؤولية أي قرار محاسبي أو مالي يُتخذ بناءً على مخرجاتها دون مراجعة مهنية مستقلة من مراجع حسابات أو محاسب معتمد.
التذكيرات بمواعيد دفعات الإيجار في باقة «أسطوري» خدمة مساعدة إضافية مبنية على البيانات التي أدخلها المستخدم، وقد لا تصل في موعدها لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل تعذّر تسليم البريد الإلكتروني). تبقى مسؤولية سداد الإيجار في مواعيده على المستخدم وحده، ولا تتحمل المنصة أي تأخير أو غرامة أو نتيجة تترتب على عدم وصول تذكير أو تأخره.
٧. خصوصية البيانات
نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات: بريدك الإلكتروني وبيانات الاستخدام لتطبيق حدود الباقة. تُحسب العقود داخل متصفحك، ويُرسَل ملخص العقد إلى خادمنا عند كل تصدير للتحقق من رصيدك، ولا يُحفظ إلا لمشتركي «أسطوري» لعرضه في لوحتهم الشخصية وإرسال التذكيرات. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الخصوصية.
٨. التعديلات على الشروط
قد تُحدَّث هذه الشروط دوريًا حسب تطوّر الخدمة، ويُعتبر استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد أي تحديث موافقة ضمنية عليه.

1. Service Provider
This site is provided by Sbaiahat Accounting and Tax Services Est (national establishment number 101028327), Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
2. Nature of the Service
IFRS16Lease.com is a guidance tool that speeds up the initial calculation of lease contracts under International Financial Reporting Standard 16 (IFRS 16). Its results do not replace a review by an auditor or certified accountant before the figures are adopted in official financial statements.
3. Plans and Usage
The free plan includes 3 contracts for life per email address.
"Professional": contract packs purchased with a one-time payment that do not renew automatically. The number of contracts in the pack is added to your email's balance as soon as payment is completed, and one contract is deducted from it on each export. The balance does not expire over time.
"Legendary": a monthly or annual subscription with a monthly contract limit, including a personal dashboard to track usage and saved contracts, and reminders of lease payment due dates.
The balance and the subscription are tied to the email address entered at purchase, so please type it correctly and use the same email when calculating contracts. Limits and prices are as shown on the pricing section of the site.
4. Subscription and Renewal
Automatic renewal applies to the "Legendary" subscription only (monthly or annual), and it renews unless the user cancels before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting info@ifrs16lease.com, or through the subscription management link that Paddle sends with the payment receipt when available. Access to the service continues until the end of the period already paid.
"Professional" packs do not renew automatically, and the renewal and cancellation provisions above do not apply to them.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), a Merchant of Record that collects the amount, issues the invoice and handles taxes; payment is subject to Paddle's terms and policies. All prices are in US dollars (USD), and taxes may be added depending on the buyer's country. We do not see or store your bank card details. Refund requests are subject to the Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The platform is not responsible for any accounting or financial decision made on the basis of its outputs without an independent professional review by an auditor or certified accountant.
Lease payment reminders in the "Legendary" plan are an additional assistance service based on the data entered by the user, and they may not arrive on time for reasons beyond our control (such as an email delivery failure). The responsibility for paying rent on time remains solely with the user, and the platform is not liable for any delay, penalty or consequence resulting from a reminder not arriving or arriving late.
7. Data Privacy
We collect as little data as possible: your email and usage data, to apply plan limits. Contracts are calculated in your browser, and a contract summary is sent to our server on each export to verify your balance; it is stored only for "Legendary" subscribers, to show it in their personal dashboard and send reminders. 8. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the service evolves, and continued use of the platform after any update is considered implicit acceptance of it.
